Gavin Macrae

Gavin is the founder of Pine Monkey Associates Ltd, a specialist consultancy firm serving the postal and logistics industry. He has an extensive track record of providing business development advice, interim management, non-executive direction and policy leadership to a wide range of clients and industry stakeholders. He is currently supporting Mailroom Assistant, a Finnish startup offering specialized technology to postal operators and mail users worldwide. Gavin has enjoyed a long and varied career in the postal and logistics industry. Previously he was group executive director for corporate partnerships at Neopost. Prior to that, he was market development director on the board of Postcomm (the UK’s regulatory authority for postal services) and global development director for Royal Mail Group in London. He was previously the program director for the establishment of Spring Global Mail while with TNT in Amsterdam, and the very first secretary-general of PostEurop in Brussels.
