Thibaud Lecuyer

Thibaud is French and arrived in Brazil in 2010, when he co-founded Dafiti, a fast-growing e-commerce company and currently the largest fashion e-commerce enterprise in Latin America. Prior to that, Thibaud worked for six years at the JP Morgan Alternative Investment Group in London and Geneva. He has an MBA from INSEAD and graduated from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne with a BSc in economics and management.

Innovation in Brazilian logistics with tech and AI

Loggi has been applying cutting-edge technology to tackle logistical challenges in Brazil, a continent-sized and emerging country, now dominated by state-owned postal service Correios. Using AI and machine learning, Loggi implemented new solutions to optimize zoning, routing and load balancing, reducing costs by at least 15%. With annual growth of 120-150% from 2020/22, Loggi excels in pricing and demand forecasting. Loggi has capacity to process one million packages daily and has more than 20,000 clients. It is referenced in courier deliveries through cost leadership enabled by tech, leveraging AI to transform the logistics of a vast and diverse country.
