Optimized four-way shuttles
Wayzim
Wayzim’s pallet four-way shuttle is an intelligent handling device that supports four-way movements, instant direction change, automatic handling, intelligent monitoring and dynamic traffic management. It is widely used in the food, drink, chemical and tobacco industries.
The tote four-way shuttle has high application value in 2C e-commerce, clothing and footwear and retail industries, which have many categories and high requirements for storage capacity, splitting and picking.
Both shuttles have been upgraded in terms of flexibility and stability, providing more advantageous support for intelligent warehousing and logistics solutions.
The tote four-way shuttle now offers full-speed running with more functions. Its straight movement speed is 5m/s and its traverse movement speed is 2m/s. It now also has better expandability with added devices such as clamps and multiple forks.
The pallet four-way shuttle improvements include optimized design for more stable operation; integrated frame lifting scheme, enabling more stable operation; and horizontal movement with 16 wheels for anti-skid and stable gap traversing capability.
